"The layout and check-in were a bit unusual, but the room was clean and comfortable. The cold continintal breakfast was left in the room each day and a table and chairs were available both in the room and outside. We did not use the wifi, so cannot comment on it. Yes, I would stay here again."

"Unacceptable! No hot or cold water in our bath rooms. The swimming pool and hot tub are not usable. Half of the outlets didn't work in our replacement rooms. Dead bugs and toenail clippings under the bed. The staff at Saddle West acted like complaints were not a big deal and did nothing unless pressured to do so by guests. No coffee, no microwave, no refrigerator, and in our case no running water or half the outlets for phone charging etc."

"Check in was fast and easy, the room was about what you would expect at the price point. Just be aware the casino is a smoking casino. "

"All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is older but well maintained. No elevators. The restaurant served good food and portions were plentiful. Location is remote and beautiful. I enjoyed looking at the night sky and sunrise from the balcony. "
